Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Candor apps ("the Apps") provided by datadir s. r. o. ("Candor", "we", "us"). By installing or using an App you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install the Apps.

1. The service

Each App adds a specific, focused capability to your monday.com account — approvals, validation, board audit, e-signature status, help-desk sync, or subitem templates. Each installs on its own from the monday marketplace.

2. Your account and responsibilities

• You must have a monday.com account in good standing and authority to install apps on it.
• You're responsible for your account's content and configuration, and for how you use the Apps within monday.com's rules and applicable law.
• You'll keep your contact details current so we can reach you about the service.

3. Plans, billing and the free tier

Each App offers a genuinely useful free tier and paid plans billed through monday.com's native billing, in USD, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Charges are handled and enforced by monday. Our published prices are price-locked: the rate you subscribe at does not rise for as long as you stay subscribed. Uninstalling an App cancels its subscription going forward; monday's proration and refund rules apply.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Apps: no attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, no reverse-engineering except as the law permits, no using an App to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, and no reselling the service without our agreement.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for the board and item data we process on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Apps, the Candor brand, and all related materials. You keep ownership of your account and data. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps while your subscription is active.

7. Warranties and disclaimer

We work hard to make the Apps dependable and safe. Except where the law says otherwise, the Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by monday.com or the law. On termination, the data provisions of the DPA apply.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and the courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
